Richards says GiG will look at where the company’s platform and tech can add value to the existing 888Africa business, although in terms of expansion, he again reaffirms that it will be a cautious approach in the short term.
“We are deliberately not pursuing an aggressive expansion agenda in the early months,” he explains. “We want to prioritise integration and consolidating our existing positions first, and only look at new market entry once we are confident the operational foundations are in place.”

State Senator Bob Hall represents Senate District 2 in Texas, a district that contains parts of Dallas. Hall, 84, did not see a distinction between event contracts and sports wagers, noting that the former is just dressed up in a different manner.

Yet its longer-term vision stretches beyond simply adding more short videos to the casino floor. Ultimately, Yashin does not see Swipe as simply another category within the existing casino lobby. “At that point, it is no longer just a collection of games,” Yashin says. “It becomes a new format for consuming casino entertainment, where every swipe brings a new piece of content and a new playable moment.”
Within iGaming itself, Yashin believes the implications of generative and real-time AI could ultimately extend into areas such as live casino, including AI-generated characters replacing physical presenters.
